| Details: | SUMMARY: Water Sample Test and Level 2 Investigation Corrections DETAILS: Sample taken on 4/28/17 was marked as special sample should have been marked as routine. Attached is the report from Magic Valley Labs.Also they have not corrected all of the problems found in the level 2 investigation. They corrected the vent. They had someone look at the well and also look at putting in a sample tap. Since the initial investigation they have gotten a good sample back from the lab. I discussed with them that as long as they are getting good samples we can hold off on the sample tap and the repair of the well head. I do not want to cause a positive result from doing work on the well. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
