| Details: | SUMMARY: RADs M/R Violation DETAILS: Lucien called to find out why the system got a violation for RADs. They sampled on 3/30/17 but it didnt get reported to the state until May 16. I explained that it needed to be reported by April 10 to avoid a violation. He said they already took the 2nd quarter samples and as long as those are received by July 11, the violations should be resolved. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
