| Details: | SUMMARY: Plan Review and not Sampling DETAILS: I called and talked to Rich Hildner regarding the corrective actions listed on the level 2. The water system was provided documents requiring it to install a chlorination system that will provide a chlorine residual within the distribution system no later than 5/30/2017. Rich thought he was in a holding pattern for testing and did not see the email I had sent him from April 10, 2017 with the plan review for disinfection, level 1 and level 2 information on it. I resent the email today and Rich said he would be sure to check his email. He would also take a sample this week. ACTION NEEDED: Test monthly for coliform in distribution and turn in plan review for disinfection. | ||
