Details:	SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: System has failed to submit routine coliform results for more than a year and failed to submit nitrate results in 2016. I visited system and discussed required testing with Cody Ott. The system has submitted routine nitrate results for 2017 and submitted routine coliform results for second quarter 2017. ACTION NEEDED: Submit routine results per required schedule.
