| Details: | I e-mailed Eric on 6/15/21. I asked to him to submit three repeat distribution samples and a triggered source sample for each active well that is serving the Tennis West System. I spoke with Eric on 6/24 after a repeat distribution sample returned positive. He will be shock chlorinating the storage tanks. I provided the storage tank shock chlorination calculation tool. I e-mailed the OHA letter requesting a Level 1 investigation and provided the Level 1 investigation form. Eric was informed to return the form with in the next 30 days. He was also informed to submit three temporary routine in July. I hyperlinked the updated coliform sampling schedule from SDWIS in the e-mail. |
