| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed Level 1 Investigation DETAILS: Informed Doug that he needed to complete the Level 1 investigation form and return it to us within 30 days. I also reminded him to have the 3 routine samples done. One of his 3 repeat samples had come back positive for total coliform. He was informed that if he did not complete these activities then the system would have to move to monthly sampling. ACTION NEEDED: Complete Level 1 investigation and have the temporary routine samples done. | ||
