| Details: | SUMMARY: Revised Deficiency Due Date and Discussion of Outstanding Violations DETAILS: I have discussed the need for sampling within the operating period for this system. I also informed Ms. Young that the deficiencies need to be completed this summer.At this time, Ms. Young has requested that this well/system be inactivated until further notice. They are not using this for any purpose for the remainder of the year. ACTION NEEDED: Revise due date, inactivate system. I will attach a change form along with this report. | ||
