| Details: | SUMMARY: POU sample location (facilities 02) tested over the MCL for Arsenic DETAILS: James Lake emailed to inform the DWS that the POU sample at the facilities 02 location exceeded the MCL for arsenic. Mr. Lake indicated that the filter at the Facilities 02 has been replaced. Mr. Lake already has posted public notice and has informed the users of the high arsenic value. ACTION NEEDED: Conduct quarterly monitoring at the facilities 02 location and replace filters on a more frequent schedule if needed. | ||
