| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Coliform Result DETAILS: Routine sample taken in distribution at site Dist-A (lodge kitchen sink) was positive for total coliform. Currently operator is hauling water from Loon Lake RV park well to lodge. Operator shocked hauling tank, and storage tanks. Operator labeled sample Dist-A. ACTION NEEDED: Take 3 samples in Distribution-- label samples repeat (RP). Make sure to label each sample with location of sample taken (kitchen faucet or mens restroom). Operator stated that he will take repeat samples in the next few days. Await test results. | ||
