| Details: | SUMMARY: Source Confirmed E.coli + DETAILS: A contact time was calculated to achieve 4-log disinfection. The calculated chlorine residual is 0.7 mg/l. Craig stated they have been chlorinating at this level which is whw the distribution sample was absent for bacteria. Provided the system with a copy of the contact time calculation and a form for monthly groundwater monitoring report. System will practice interim 4 log disinfection until the source water assessment has been completed and a corrective action has been determined. ACTION NEEDED: Source water assessment. | ||
