Details: SUMMARY: Enforcement Follow Up DETAILS: I contacted the operator to let her know to take Lead & Copperr samples. They were late taking samples in 2015 & missed 2016 sampling. She indicated that she will call the lab right away to set up sampling. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples and respond as necessary.
