Explained facility is required to take 3 repeat samples and 1 source sample within 24 hours or as soon as possible - being that alert came in Friday at 3:00pm and facility is in Florence. No response from contact person. Called and left message on Monday 6/19/17 at 10am with same information. Sarah Puls called and left message on 6/19/17 at 5pm with same information. ACTION NEEDED: 3 repeat distribution samples and one source sample will be collected within the next 24 hours. Tuesday 6/20/17 - one repeat was collected and reported as repeat positive for total coli. | ||
