| Details: | SUMMARY: FUNDING APPLICATION DETAILS: The Locust Mobile Village is a small community water system located just outside Milton Freewater in Umatilla County. The water system serves 29 connections with an approximate population of 60 persons. The system’s well was determined to be in violation of the Groundwater Rule due to E. Coli positives. The system has been subject to OHA requirements to correct the source water deficiency. The City of Milton Freewater is currently not an option for a new source. The Circuit Rider was contacted to assist with an SRF Letter of Interest. The project will be to replace the well. Began cost estimation for funding application.
