| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate Sampling DETAILS: Operator does not think she needs to go on quarterly Nitrate sampling. Reviewed with Betsy P. and we decided because the results havent really changed in the last 10 years and the levels are between 4-5, we can keep her on annual. I told her if the levels go above 6-7, we will require the quarterly sampling. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
