Details: SUMMARY: Coliform Positive DETAILS: Contacted by phone and Email. Monthly distribution sample at this seasonal park was positive. Well has no treatment. ACTION NEEDED: Take one coliform sample at the tap at the well head (mark TRIGGERED). Take 3 coliform samples in the distribution system (mark REPEAT). Take one at same site as the positive, and two others at other water outlets in distribution if possible.
