| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform Positive DETAILS: I received a call from Teri about coliform found in sample and what to do for follow up. She called back later and said she intended to collect 4 samples as instructed by her lab including 3 repeat samples and also 1 source sample taken from the well head. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 3 repeats and 1 source sample. If contamination is confirmed in distribution system, call to discuss further steps. In the month of July 3 temporary routine samples are also required. | ||
