| Details: | SUMMARY: SWTR violations DETAILS: Spoke with Karin 3 times today regarding the 4 violations issued for Jan, Feb, Mar, April SW monthly reports. The monthly reports had numerous errors that resulting in SWTR violations and a system score of 40. I went over the errors on the forms and provided details on how to properly complete the form, fix errors and resubmit to DMCE. The system has already posted public notice for the "failure to meet CT" violations and will continue to post notice until the June SW report is received and demonstrates proper completion and all CT values have been met, including accurate chlorine residual readings. Karin let me know that a new pH meter has been purchased and pH values for the month of June are in the high 6, low 7 range, and that the chlorine residuals are being measured by the operator however the same value of 0.6 has been reported on the monthly form. ACTION NEEDED: Complete the June SW report with accurate chlorine residual readings and appropaite log removal required (0.5) and return to DMCE no later than the 10th of July. Ensure all results collected (pH, temp, chlorine residual) are accurate and taken with recently calibrated devices. | ||
