| Details: | SUMMARY: Three Repeat Distribution Samples TC+, Triggered Source Sample Negative DETAILS: Shane reported that the three repeat distribution samples were TC+. He was going to proceed with shock chlorinating the system. I also spoke to Bruce Ballie regarding problem solving the issue. They were going to look into cleaning the cistern. I provided Bruce with a Level 1 investigation form which they completed. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for next months routine distribution sample results. | ||
