Details:	SUMMARY: Follow Up for Required Chlorine Installation DETAILS: System required to install chlorine due to several coliform positives, level 1 and level 2 investigation within last year. System identified old reservoir as most likely source of contamination and worked with contractor and Jay MacPherson to rehab reservoir and install liner. Reservoir was emptied, cleaned, repaired and lined during April, May and June. System has been using portable poly reservoir in interim and has been sampling monthly since August 2016. The last 5 monthly samples have been absent. Reservoir is now complete and they will be placing it back on-line. System will remain on monthly sampling using lined reservoir for at least 3 months to ensure all absent for coliforms. ACTION NEEDED: Once reservoir back on-line, continue monthly routine coliform sampling through September and if all absent can go back to quarterly.
