| Details: | SUMMARY: Contact Regarding Confirmed Positive Coliform Samples DETAILS: I spoke with Mr. Monje today (7/11/17), and responded in person to assist on the level 1 investigation. Although I found the likely cause of contamination to be the raw sample tap, Mr. Monje disagreed and considered airborne contamination to be most likely.I also advised him on 3 temporary routines in distribution for the month of July, 2017.The L1 investigation is also included in this contact report. ACTION NEEDED: 3 temp routines for July and 1 sample for quarter 4 of this year (barring any future positives). | ||
