| Details: | SUMMARY: ongoing violations & backflow devices DETAILS: Because of repeated violations for not submitting surface water treatment reports - 9 violations over the last year - I phoned the camp main office in Gladstone to get an email address for owner (Les Zollbrecht). Ross, the operator, was there, so we spoke. He is having trouble getting to everything. Suggested he give the submittal of this monthly report to another camp employee as a special leadership responsibility? We also clarified what type of backflow device is needed for the animal watering hoses (standard device, do not need to be testable). They should look over their lines and evaluate where they need a backflow device (at the intersection between water for potable and non-human-potable uses) and how many. He may send photos when device(s) installed. ACTION NEEDED: Await future monthly treatment reports | ||
