| Details: | SUMMARY: Source Sample Reminder - Survey Report Receipt? DETAILS: Confirmed with Glenn that he had received the report for the water system survey completed 5/1/17-- andencouraged him to collect source samples from the 2 wells in use (or if he had sample results from 2015, 2016 or 2017 to submit them)-- andin response to his questions about arsenic, explained the need to collect quarterly samples for a year (next sample due in July). If anxious to see treatment options advised talking to circuit rider.Glenn also said he anticipated collecting lead/copper samples in the near future to address a previous violation.
