| Details: | SUMMARY: Tracer Study DETAILS: he USFS owns the Steamboat Springs Workcenter water system. They contract operation to the Optimum Environmental Corporation. A CT Methodology was prepared by the previous Circuit Rider, but no measured contact times were established. Civil West met with Jon Woody from the Optimum Environmental Corporation on 4/12 to measure the contact time. CT Report is attached. ACTION NEEDED: CT Study found that insufficient contact time is provided for the given chlorine range they use. System modification will be required to remedy this deficiency. | ||
