| Details: | SUMMARY: Assistance on SW monthly report PNC system DETAILS: Spoke with Karrin and provided assistance on her June SW report. The report this month contained accurate chlorine data, however still had areas that needed correction. The chlorine residuals had an extra zero (0), which resulted in failure to meet CT for all days in the month. I waked Karin through the new form (emailed her) and reviwed the updated data and forwarded it to DMCE for entry into DataOnline. Futher assistance is needed with manually calculating CTs and obtaining accurate pH readings. A public notice is no longer needed to be posted. ACTION NEEDED: Schedule site visit to ensure treatment is per the SW report and readings are accurate and CTs can be calculated manually. | ||
