| Details: | SUMMARY: late SWTRs so far this year DETAILS: System received a monitoring/reporting violation for the monthly surface water treatment reports for both months that they have been open so far in 2017 (May and June). While on the radio/satellite phone with Lori, I realized those reports were submitted, just late each month. Reminded her that they need to submit them by the 10th of this month for July, to avoid another violation. Lori says Pat tries, but the lodge is quite remote so their submittal depends on when they make trips outside the area to send them. Let her know they will be receiving another violation postcard for the July report. ACTION NEEDED: Await newest SWTR (July) | ||
