| Details: | SUMMARY: Site visit -treatment plant inspection DETAILS: Conducted a site visit and treatment plant inspection on the system to help determine the problems that they have been having. While on site I identified a cross-connection between the treated and spring lines in the teatment buidling, use of incorrect bleach (non-NSF), color wheel being used to read chlorine residual, and the turbidimeter does not have valid calibration standards. ACTION NEEDED: Follow actions outlined in treatment plant inspection write up. Remove cross connection, use appropiate chlorine meter, turbidimeter, and NSF bleach. | ||
