| Details: | SUMMARY: Pump failures lead to reporting zero chlorine on MOR DETAILS: Chlorine feed pump failed in June. Problem discovered within 4 hours. First user residual did not drop below 0.5 mg/L. Chlorine feed tubing failed again (twice). Each time the problem was discovered within 4 hours and residual at first user did not drop below 0.5 mg/L. Operator thought it best to report 0 mg/L on the MOR since the feed was interrupted. ACTION NEEDED: Return to compliance when August MOR shows no issue. | ||
