| Details: | SUMMARY: 3/3 Repeat Distribution Samples are TC+ DETAILS: Dorothy reported that 3/3 repeat distribution samples were positive and that the triggered source sample was negative. She provided me with Kerby Millers e-mail who is the systems principal contact. Dorothy stated that the operators had found a broken pipe and that they had repaired it. I sent Kerby an e-mail with an explanation of the Level 1 investigation form and informed him to return it to me within 30 days. I also provided the best management practices guidance document and a revised coliform sampling plan template. I advised Kerby in the e-mail that three temporary routine samples need to be submitted in August. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
