| Details: | SUMMARY: RT Coliform Samples Tested Positive DETAILS: System is a small community system that has 4-log disinfection. They currently have Culligan over see some of their water quality monitoring. The system only has 6 connections and one of the houses at the end of the line where chlorine residual is recorded daily has been vacant and no chlorine residuals have been recorded. Chlorine from the recent coliform sampling shows chlorine below the minimum of 0.2 mg/l. Dave is going to contact the system and make sure they have the chlorine at 0.2 mg/l at the entry point and that they are recording it daily and submitting it monthly. Three repeat samples in the distribution and one from the source will be collected. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 3 RP samples in the distribution and one from the source, adjust chlorine to meet 4 log disinfection 0.2 mg/l at entry point, record daily and submit monthly to State. | ||
