| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey Deficiency Follow Up DETAILS: June 14, 2017 survey noted no screen for the casing vent on well AA. Brian sent in pictures and a statement of correction 7/18/17. Apparently the vent had an internal screen that could not be seen without taking it apart. Brian installed another screen on the distal end of the vent pipe. ACTION NEEDED: This deficiency is considered corrected. | ||
