| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Sample Taken 4/8/2015 Positive for Fecal Coliform Bacteria DETAILS: Called Steve Ellis. Discussed required samples according to his coliform sampling plan. He did not take a sample from the well.He did not follow the verbal phone and written email direction on April 10. He needs to take 5 temporary routine samples in May plus a source water sample from the well.May 27 Steve took 5 temporary routine samples that were all negative for coliform bacteria including a sample from the well.
