| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeats are Total Coliform Positive, did not take Source Sample DETAILS: Norman said he took a total of 4 repeats. Only one of the repeats was not positive for TC. He took no source sample yet. ACTION NEEDED: I advised operator to take a source sample, try and determine the reason for the total coliform positive samples and sent him a Level 1 investigation form to fill out and return to me within 30 days of issue. | ||
