| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert Follow Up for Routine and Repeat TC+ DETAILS: Routine sample 7/20 positive. Got email from lab that sample was positive but did not receive alert from DWP. Spoke with system and lab to take repeat/triggered samples. Received alert from DWP 7/24 for repeat TC+. Both triggered well source samples absent. Called Gene and discussed inspecting reservoir since reservoir sample location also positive and chlorinating. Gene said there was another line break due to sewer construction that may have caused positive. Gene chlorinated reservoir Sunday and will be working on cleaning reservoir and fixing any cracks that may be a cause. ACTION NEEDED: Continue working to install continuous chlorine for residual maintenance. I will refer system to Civil West Engineering circuit rider for assistance. Will need plan review for chlorine sytstem prior to installing. Take an additional one or two routine samples in August to ensure absent for coliforms. | ||
