| Details: | SUMMARY: Approval of revised schedule to remove lead-jointed pipe DETAILS: I approved the revised scheduel to remove all lead-jointed pipe and associated lead goosenecks that Mark provided DWS on August 24, 2017, with the annual report of lineal feet and goosenecks removed from July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017. Mark indicated that budget and staffing levels had lead him to reschedule the work over the next seven years. Removal of all approximately 34,000 feet of lead-jointed pipe will still be complete by 2031, as indicated in the July 28, 2016 compliance letter. ACTION NEEDED: City to continue to provide annual reports by August 31 of each year summarizing the amount of lineal feet of lead-jointed pipe and associated goosenecks removed each year until all lead-jointed pipe is removed in 2031. | ||
