| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussion Regarding Sample Identification DETAILS: The first July 27, 2017 bacteriological sample was invalidated due to improper sampling location. I spoke with operator regarding sampling location descriptions. Distribution sample location needs to be updated on the sampling plan and all staff should use the same designation to eliminate confusion. ACTION NEEDED: Distribution sample "upper pump house" not pump house and Spring Pump House for "Raw- assessment " sample description.Kirk will talk to staff pulling samples so terminology is consistent. | ||
