| Details: | SUMMARY: RP Sample Coliform + DETAILS: Repeat sample at the mens restroom sink was coliform positive. Contacted Todd on Friday. Todd said they are going to head out to the park to investigate the issue and up the chlorine to shock chlorinate the water system. ACTION NEEDED: Level 1 investigation is triggered. E-mailed Todd the level 1 form today. Collect 3 TR in August. | ||
