| Details: | Today contact was attempted to be made by phone by leaving a voicemail then emailing the operator. It was explained that the most recent sample that was submitted has come back coliform positive. It was also explained that a source sample and 3 repeats from the distribution are required to be taken and submittted within 24 hours. 6/22/21 Today phone contact was made with the operator and it was discussed that the system is responsible for still submitting a triggered sample from the source. The operator had explained that the three repeats had been taken and submitted already. It was discussed that the system will be responsible for 3 temporary routine samples from the distribution during the month of July. |
