| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation Follow Up for no 2nd Qtr Coliform Result DETAILS: Vio 900583714System violated TCR with no 2nd qtr routine coliform. Emailed Kodiak and reminded to take quarterly samples year-round and 3rd quarter 2017 asap. Also, system needs to take confirmation nitrate sample from well #2 and a POST treatment sample from well #1 following high nitrate results on 7/14. ACTION NEEDED: Take 3rd qtr coliform asap and continued qtrly sampling. | ||
