Emailed Pat and reminded to take all 4 qtrs as well as submit monthly chlorine record by the 10th of each month. System has already taken 3rd quarter coliform on July 12th. ACTION NEEDED: Continued on-time quarterly coliform as well as annual assessment sample (which has not been taken since 2014). | ||
