Details: SUMMARY: Violation Follow Up for no 2nd Qtr Coliform DETAILS: Vio 90346050System violated TCR with no 2nd qtr coliform. Emailed Pat and reminded to take all 4 qtrs as well as submit monthly chlorine record by the 10th of each month. System has already taken 3rd quarter coliform on July 12th. ACTION NEEDED: Continued on-time quarterly coliform as well as annual assessment sample (which has not been taken since 2014).
