| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Repeat TCR DETAILS: Called new owner and left a voicemail message regarding the above referenced Alert, reports that the chlorinator on this water system has been inoperable and the need to do a Level 1 investigation. I explained the need to get someone up to this facility to get the chlorinator functional and to pull a triggered sample to submit to the lab. I also asked them to contact me regarding the Level 1 investigation. ACTION NEEDED: Awaiting results of triggered sample and Level 1 investigation. | ||
