| Details: | SUMMARY: M&R L&C Violation - Letter Sent DETAILS: We sent a letter to the operator that said: “…We have been informed by the Oregon Health Authority that the City of Cascade Locks (Public Water System) failed to collect the required lead & copper water quality samples during the first half of 2017 (January 1st – June 30th, 2017)….” ACTION NEEDED: The letter also stated: "...In order to return to compliance, collect the appropriate [lead & copper] test samples immediately-- any testing done will count toward the current testing period (7/1/17 – 12/31/17).
