Details: SUMMARY: Alert Follow Up for Routine TC+ DETAILS: All 3 repeat samples following 7/21 routine TC+ absent. However, lab went back to site 8/1 to take missed triggered sample and also took 3 temp routines while there. All 3 temp routines and triggered source sample all positive. Called Todd and discussed. Todd will chlorinate well and flush and resample when no more residual chlorine. **A new well was installed approx 6 months ago and this is a potential cause. Well did not go through DWP plan review. Todd will send me new well log to develop appropriate chlorine recipe. ACTION NEEDED: Chlorinate well and flush throughout system. Once no more chlorine left in system, resample source to ensure absent for coliforms. Take 3 temp routine samples early September to satisfy temp routines and use as verfication samples to ensure no more coliforms.
