| Details: | SUMMARY: RP Coli + DETAILS: I talked to Rich on the phone. Rich forwarded me the sample results. One of the repeat samples came back positive for coliform. Rich said this hose bib gets used by transients and it is not very sanitary. I informed Rich this triggers a Level 1 investigation. I e-mailed the form to Rich to complete and send back within 30 days. ACTION NEEDED: Level 1 investigation. | ||
