| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic MCL Exceedance Alert DETAILS: Called and left a message for Alex to provide a public notice to all water users and a copy to OHA DWS. WS has been out of compliance with arsenic for 4 quarters and their arsenic removal treatment does not appear to be working at all. I have referred the WS to OHA DWS for formal enforcement. I let Alex know he would soon be receiving an enforcement letter from OHA DWS with compliance deadlines to comply with the arsenic MCL. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on PN and AO. | ||
