| Details: | SUMMARY: Monthlty surface water treatment report assistance DETAILS: The August monthly surface water treatment report was received with some irregular data. On many days of the month the PSI before filter is higher than the PSI after filter, resulting in a negative PSID. The form was completed for August, however the month at the top of the form read "Sep". I spoke with Bruce and he informed me that many days the PSI readings are taken when the system is not running. I informed him that the PSI readings need to be taken when the filters are in use and water is being filtered. ACTION NEEDED: Resubmit the monthly form with the correct month on the top, include data for the 31st, and for future months ensure that PSI readings are taken when the filters are in use. | ||
