| Details: | SUMMARY: Triggered and Repeat Samples TC+ DETAILS: Triggered source sample from Well #1 and three distribution repeat samples collected on 7-14-17 tested TC+. Spoke with Mark-- he will shock chlorinate the system after doing some repair/maintenance work. I advised him he will be receiving a Level 1 coliform investigation form from DWS. I informed him that one coliform sample from the distribution system is due in August. ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
