| Details: | SUMMARY: TC+ Repeat Alert Follow Up DETAILS: One of 3 repeats TC+ following 8/3 routine positive. Doug took 3 repeats and a triggered sample. Source absent and same location absent but space #15 TC+. Doug will replace spigot at #9 as it seems to be problematic and may be causing problems elswhere in distribution. ACTION NEEDED: Complete level 1 investigation form and submit within 30 days. No additional samples needed in September as system is monthly due to seasonal status. | ||
