Details: SUMMARY: Correction of Significant Deficiency DETAILS: The firm has installed a screen on the vent for well JACK-7055 and photographic evidence was provided to me via email. The firm sent this information to me on 05/10/2017 and it was overlooked in my email correspondence. This corrects the one well construction significant deficiency noted on the Water System Survey conducted in December 2016. ACTION NEEDED: None.
