| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive samples DETAILS: Spoke to Gene on Wednesday September 6th that 4 routine samples were total coliform positive. The sources in use at the time were:
Avion began chlorinating the affected area, therefore no repeat samples can be collected until chlorine is flushed and there is no residual disinfectant in the system. Triggered source samples will be collected right away. On Sept. 26th, I received an email from Gene nine routine samples were collected on the 25th and two were positive for total coliform. Repeat and triggered well samples will be collected on the 27th. Wells in use at the time of the positive samples are listed below:
Two repeat samples collected on Sept. 27th were total coliform positive. Both were collected at DCVAs. ACTION NEEDED: Determine whether a level 2 coliform investigation will be triggered for September. |
