| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert for TC positive result of a routine sample collected on 9/6/17. A source/assessment sample that was collected the same day also tested TC positive. Spoke with John. Reviewed follow-up sampling requirements. Three repeat samples will be collected Wednesday. No source/assessment sample is required until October. The bulbs in both UV units are less than a year old, so they should be OK. John will check the condition of the quartz sleeves to see if they need cleaning. The sleeves have stayed clean up until now, and have not required any removal of fouling deposits. ACTION NEEDED: Further action will be based on the results of the repeat samples. | ||
